Brian Shea recently had the opportunity to speak at the Financial Services track of the Service Design Conference in Boston. The event was a great opportunity to hear from practitioners who are developing customer experiences that set their companies apart. Brian talked about how financial services firms can architect their Salesforce orgs to deliver those experiences.
The Financial Services track was hosted by Shaun Gummere (SVP, Research and Design Strategy, Cantina Consulting), and kicked off by a keynote from Elizabeth Trudeau (SVP Strategic Design at Wells Fargo). Shaun and Elizabeth posted a transcript of a wonderful interview they did on the topic of Service Design in the Financial Services industry.
